- Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule to be taken daily with water or fruit juice.
- Active Iron is gentle enough to be taken on an empty stomach.
- You should avoid taking Active Iron with milk, caffeine or antacids (indigestion remedies).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily supplement dose of iron without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Ingredients: Each capsule 14mg of elemental iron. This is 100% of the recommended daily allowance for adults.
