When will my order be processed?
Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm GMT on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday).
* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
We deliver from Monday - Friday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are possible on request. This may incur additional charges.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €40 within the Republic of Ireland including Northern Ireland. All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges: Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, €5.95 per order.
Our deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are shipped with DPD. You will receive a text message or email from DPD on the day of your delivery with an estimated time of delivery of your order. DPD offer a Parcel Wizard service that allows you to choose a day that suits to have your parcel delivered and you can also advise where you want your parcel delivered. In order to use this service you need to register at www.dpdparcelwizard.ie
Delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland:
We aim to get your order into the next collection available after your order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend and during sale times where orders can take between 5-7 working days. All Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders are delivered by courier. Couriers are responsible for the prompt delivery of your goods and aim to deliver the next working day. The courier representative may contact you with the phone number provided in order to obtain directions and complete delivery. There maybe times where we will use An Post for deliveries.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as is practical. All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
I still have not received my order?
Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your order. Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we'll leave a card with the courier's contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
We can send international deliveries on request. The delivery cost will depend on your destination and weight. International orders are subject to normal postal time-frames. We are unable to ship aerosols, flammable products and products with batteries internationally. Please be aware depending on your order value and destination country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. Lynch’s Pharmacy cannot accept liability for these charges.
