- Pregnant and postpartum women: Take one active iron capsules, one omega capsule and one multivitamin tablet.
- Take with water.
- You should avoid taking Active Iron with milk, caffeine or antacids (indigestion remedies).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
