- Men over 12 years: Take one Active Iron for men capsule daily and take one Active B Complex Plus for men tablet daily.
- Take with water or fruit juice.
- Active Iron is gentle enough to be taken on an empty stomach.
- You should avoid taking Active Iron with milk, caffeine or antacids (indigestion remedies).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
