BioActive Omega-3 is soft gelatin capsules each containing 500 mg of fish oil including 185 mg EPA, 115 mg DHA and 50 mg Omega 3 fatty acids. BioActive Omega-3 contains Omega 3 predominantly in the form of free fatty acids that have already been broken down and are ready for absorbtion.
