Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Adults and Children over 10 years old: Take one or two 5 ml spoonsful at night.
- If you have not taken Dulcolax before start with one 5 ml spoonful and then increase to two if necessary.
- When bowel movement has returned to normal, the dose can be stopped.
- Not recommended in children under 10 years.
- Dulcolax liquid should not be used every day for more than 5 days. If you need laxatives every day, then you should see your doctor to find the cause of your constipation. Overuse can be harmful.
Ingredients: Each 5 ml contains 5 mg of sodium picosulfate (as monohydrate).
Other ingredients: carmellose sodium, methyl parahydroxybonzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybonzoate (E216), glycerol, aroma tutti frutti (flavouring), saccharin, sodium, ethanol (4.8% v/v), sodium hydroxide solution and water
What else to know: May cause dizziness. If this happens do not drive or operate machinery.
