Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Take one sachet per day Monday to Friday.
- Add contents of sachet to food or beverage of your choice. Take with or after food. Can be added to approx. 100ml of water, juice or even added to foods such as yoghurt, it is completely unflavoured.
- Best taken in the morning.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.
