- Children 3 years +: One to two chewable tablets daily with or after a meal. Tablets should not be swallowed whole.
- For children aged 1- 3: crush the tablet and mix the powder into food or a drink.
- Do not exceed the stated dosage.

Dextrose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, lyophilised lactobacilli culture, blackcurrant flavour, precipitated silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, beetroot powder, antioxidant: citric acid.
