- Take one capsule each day with some water. It is best to take Lutein Omega 3 with the main meal of the day.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Lutein (from Tagetes erecta L.) 10mg and Zeaxanthin (from Tagetes erecta L.) 2mg.
Essential Fatty Acids: Fish Oil 10/50 TG 401mg with EPA 40mg and DHA 200mg.
Vitamins: Vitamin C 80mg and Vitamin E 12mg.
Minerals & Oligoelements: Zinc 10mg and Copper 1mg.
