- Can be taken any time of the day with food.
- Mix with approx. 300ml of water or juice.
- To feel the full effect we recommend you take Mastermind Complex for a minimum of 3 months.
- Adults 18 years and over should take one sachet per day, students 16 years and over should take three sachets per week, recommended Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.

What else to know: A food supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet. Mastermind contains natural flavouring (orange), a natural colour (beta carotene) and natural sweeteners (steviol glycosides – obtained from the stevia plant). It is also gluten free and is safe for those with coeliac disease.
