Suggested Directions: Take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, preferably 30 minutes before food. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve. Each capsule contains 3 plant extracts, Ashwagandha, Green Tea and Sage which can sometimes taste a little bitter in a powdered format. That's why they are best swallowed in a capsule with a glass of water.
Ingredients: Each capsule contains 3 plant extracts: Ashwagandha, Sage and Green Tea. Each sachet contains 27 active ingredients including Vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Omega 3 DHA which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, Biotin, Magnesium, Thiamine and Iodine which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and finally Niacin and Vitamin C which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
What else to know: It is vegetarian friendly and is suitable for people with diabetes.
