- Adults: Two osteocare tablets per day, plus one omega-3 capsule per day.
- Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed.
- Do not exceed recommended intake.
- Take on a full stomach.
Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Potato Starch, Zinc Sulphate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Propylene Glycol, Talc, Colour: Titanium Dioxide), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol [Carriers: Corn Syrup, Acacia, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Ascorbate, Antioxidant: Mixed Tocopherols]), Anti-Caking Agent: Purified Talc, Sodium Borate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Sodium Selenite.
