Pharmony Throat Syrup
Pharmony Throat Syrup soothes the irritation of a sore throat in babies and young children. The delicious, sweet tasting, lemon and aniseed flavoured syrup coats the throat to shorten the duration and reduce the severity of throat irritation and dryness which often lead to coughing and tickly throat. With its unique formulation, Pharmony uses a cellulose thickener which helps the syrup adhere to the back of the throat and also gives it mucoadhesive properties. As a result, the syrup remains in contact with the throat for a longer period of time.

Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- For babies this product may be applied to the tongue or soother.
- 4 months to 1 year: ½ teaspoonful (2.5 ml) up to 4 times daily.
- 1 to 5 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) up to 4 times daily.
- 5 years +: 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5 – 10 ml) up to 4 times daily.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
- Not recommended in children under 4 months.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
Ingredients: Purified Water (67%), Glycerol, Thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose sodium), Preservative (potassium sorbate), Hydrogenated Polyoxyl Caster Oil, Sweetener (sodium saccharin), Acidity Regulator (citric acid), Flavourings (natural lemon oil and aniseed).
What else to know: Non-drowsy formula. Alcohol Free, Sugar Free, Lactose Free and Gluten Free.
