Suggested Directions: Rinse after brushing for 1 minute, twice a day, with 15 ml of undiluted product, in the morning and at night. It is advisable to avoid eating or drinking for at least half an hour after use.
Ingredients: 5% potassium nitrate and 1450 ppm sodium fluoride.
