Ingredients: Linseed Oil 1000mg providing Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Alpha Linolenic Acid 450mg, Soy concentrate 100mg, providing Isoflavones 40mg, Vitamin D 5µg, Vitamin E 12mg α-TE, Vitamin C 80mg, Folic Acid 200µg, Calcium 400mg per two capsules.
Calcium carbonate, Linseed oil, Gelatin, Coconut fat, Beef gelatin, Humectant (Glycerol, Sorbitol), Calcium-L-ascorbate, Isoflavone containing Soy concentrate, Emulsifier (Soy lecithin), Stabiliser (Beeswax), d-alpha tocopherol, Cholecalciferol, Folic acid, Colours (Titanium dioxide, Iron oxides and Hydroxides).
