- Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with at least 250ml of water, or as directed by your health professional.
- Do not take without liquid or immediately before bedtime.
- Up to 6 capsules may be taken daily.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Ingredients: Psyllium Seed Husk 1000mg per two capsules.
