- At the first sign of a cold sore take two tablets three times daily, for 3 consecutive days with meals and 1 tablet a day thereafter to prevent recurrence, or as directed by your health professional.

L-Lysine hydrochloride, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Cross linked cellulose gum, Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate), Coating (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Colour [Titanium dioxide], Maltodextrin, Triacetin, Polysorbate 80, Carnauba wax).
