- Take one sachet per day Monday to Friday.
- Add contents of sachet to food or beverage of your choice. Take with or after food. Can be added to approx. 100ml of water, juice or even added to foods such as yoghurt.
- Best taken in the morning.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.
