Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Adults, Children and Elderly: the usual dose is to apply 1 drop in the corner of the eye, nearest the nose, 3 to 5 times each day or as required and 30 minutes before going to bed.
- Dry eye is a condition that varies from person to person. Use the gel as often as you think necessary.
- For ocular use only.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Ingredients: The active ingredient is: carbomer 0.2% w/w (2mg/ml). The other ingredients are: sorbitol, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium hydroxide and water for injections.
What else to know: All eye drops can cause a short term blurring of vision when first used so you should wait until your eyes are clear before driving or using machines. Wearers of contact lenses should remove their lenses before Vidisic is instilled and should wait for 15 minutes before they insert them again.
