Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Take one capsule every day.
- Zenflore can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day.
- If there is an issue with swallowing the capsule, the capsule can be opened and sprinkled over food or mixed with fluids.
- Note: Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 1714-Serenitas® culture. We recommend taking Zenflore with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Zenflore can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 1714-Serenitas® culture.
- Do not exceed the stated dosage.
Ingredients: Corn starch, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, nicotinamide, bacterial culture*, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin. *1714-Serenitas®, a Bifidobacterium longum culture.
Dose per capsule: Contains 1 x 109 bacteria at time of manufacture.
